LCIP Municipalities
Resources for Municipalities which participated in the Land Conservation Investment Program.
78 municipalities across the State of New Hampshire participated in the Land Conservation Investment Program (LCIP). This resulted in over 250 conservation properties being protected. Most of these properties (approximately 2/3) are encumbered by conservation easements which are held in Grantee interest by the Town, while the others are owned in fee by the Town.
Each municipality is responsible for monitoring, managing, and recordkeeping for its LCIP properties. CLSP is happy to provide these resources to help LCIP municipalities fulfil their requirements under the program.
